Terms and Conditions for Using the 77xk Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 77xk platform – whether through the website, the mobile app or any other channel – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first use the platform, even before you complete a registration.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not continue to use 77xk. We recommend keeping a copy of these Terms for your own reference. They're written to be straightforward, not buried in legal jargon, because we think transparency is important for everyone involved.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and 77xk.

2Eligibility

To register and use 77xk, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 77xk is strictly an adult platform and we do not knowingly permit minors to register or play.
• You are registering as an individual, not as a representative or on behalf of any other person or business entity.
• You are capable of entering into a binding legal agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling platforms or under any court order or legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gaming activities.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 77xk employee who may have access to non-public information relevant to the platform's operations.

3Account Rules

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one active account at 77xk. Duplicate accounts – whether registered under the same name, address, payment method, device or IP address – are not permitted. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77xk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses and withhold winnings derived from those accounts.

Accurate Registration Details

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your account. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact email and any payment details you register. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Account Security

Your account credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. 77xk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared your login details or failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your account.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. 77xk may also close or suspend an account where there is evidence of Terms violations, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonus systems or any other conduct that harms the platform or other users. Pending withdrawals will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with these Terms.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

77xk processes all transactions in PKR. Deposits and withdrawals are available through the following methods:

The payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account status. 77xk does not accept payments from third-party accounts – deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your 77xk balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers and some card deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of your financial institution. 77xk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. Most requests via JazzCash or Easypaisa are completed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or where a withdrawal exceeds certain thresholds. This is a standard process and not a reflection of any concern about your account.

Withdrawal Conditions

Funds deposited and wagered on the platform are subject to the following general withdrawal conditions:

• Any active bonus balance must be fully wagered before an associated withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account at the time of the request.
• 77xk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to methods previously used for deposits on the account, where technically possible.

5Bonuses & Promotions

77xk runs a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, weekly reload offers, cricket betting cashback during PSL season and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of claiming and on the Promotions page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount must be played through a set number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated clearly for each promotion before you accept it. 77xk does not hide wagering requirements in footnotes or make them excessively difficult to meet.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. Unless stated otherwise, a player may only claim each type of bonus once (for example, one welcome bonus per player). Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts, via VPN manipulation or through any other method designed to circumvent eligibility rules will be voided.

Bonus Expiry

Each bonus carries an expiry date from the time it is credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not completed within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed. The expiry timeline is always shown before you accept a promotion.

6Betting Rules

The sports betting section at 77xk covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, tennis and more. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

Bet Placement

Bets are final once confirmed through the bet slip. It is your responsibility to review the selection, stake and potential return before confirming. 77xk cannot cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except in cases of obvious technical errors or where a market is voided.

Void Bets

A bet will be voided and your stake returned in cases where: the event is cancelled or postponed without being rescheduled within the required window; a specific market cannot be settled due to insufficient data; or a technical error results in incorrect odds being published. 77xk's trading team makes void decisions in line with these principles and they are final.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available for selected events including PSL matches and T20 internationals. Odds during in-play markets update continuously. 77xk reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time for any event where reliable real-time data is unavailable. Bets placed just before a market suspension may be voided at the platform's discretion if the outcome of the relevant action was already known at the time of placement.

Maximum Winnings

77xk applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are visible in the betting section and apply regardless of the odds. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum for a market will be reduced to the capped amount.

7Casino & Slots

The casino and slots section at 77xk includes live table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti), RNG-based slots from leading providers and other game formats. All games are provided by third-party software suppliers who are subject to independent technical certification.

Game outcomes in the slots and RNG casino section are determined by certified random number generators. 77xk does not control individual game outcomes and cannot influence them in favour of or against any player. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game's software provider and reflect long-term statistical averages over a very large number of rounds – they are not a guarantee of individual session results.

Live casino games are hosted by third-party studios with professional dealers. These games are subject to the same general rules and any specific rules displayed within the game interface. Where a technical failure occurs mid-game, 77xk will review the situation and, where possible, restore the game state or void the round and return stakes. This decision is at 77xk's discretion and is final.

8Responsible Gaming

77xk takes responsible gaming seriously and has built a set of tools into every account to help players manage their activity. These are not just features for display – we actively encourage all players to use them.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of active play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block yourself from accessing the platform. Requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed within the stated exclusion period.
• Reality check: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net activity.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77xk platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and further action as appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration information.
• Using automation tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform outside of normal manual use.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or miscalculated odds. If you identify an error, you must report it to support rather than exploit it. Any winnings derived from known errors may be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud or unlawful transactions.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or through shared accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system through matched betting strategies designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.

Where 77xk suspects any of the above conduct, we reserve the right to withhold withdrawals, freeze the account pending investigation and take legal action where appropriate. Decisions made by 77xk's compliance team in these matters are final.

10Limitation of Liability

77xk provides its platform on an "as available" basis and while we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages or events outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77xk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes losses arising from:

• Temporary or prolonged service interruptions.
• Errors or delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from bets or wagers placed during a period of service instability, unless the platform is determined to have been at direct fault.
• Any decision by a player to continue using the platform despite awareness of a technical issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits 77xk's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11Changes to These Terms

77xk may update these Terms from time to time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in platform functionality, changes in applicable regulations or to correct ambiguities in existing language. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email or by a notice displayed on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after a change to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through customer support. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.
